BPC-157

Evidence: Preliminary

Body Protection Compound-157 is a synthetic peptide derived from a gastric protein. Animal models show accelerated gut healing and anti-inflammatory effects. Human evidence is sparse — primarily case reports and small open-label studies with no control groups.

Med spas market it aggressively as a GI side-effect cure for GLP-1 users. The FDA has flagged immunogenicity concerns in compounding guidance. Honest assessment: interesting mechanism, insufficient human evidence to make confident claims, legitimate safety questions that vendors downplay.

TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment)

Evidence: Preliminary

A synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4 with reported tissue repair and anti-inflammatory properties in animal models. Often stacked with BPC-157. Human trials are limited to small case series.

Where to find COA-verified compounds

We disclose our affiliation with CMPD Health, which sells third-party tested research compounds with published COAs for every batch. We recommend them because we know the testing protocol — HPLC purity ≥99%, every batch published.
